Using Support: Tips and Tricks for User Queries

Where’s the best place to go for certain queries? In this post, we’ll explore using support and providing tips and tricks for user queries.

Help and Support: Q&As

One of the easiest ways to have your query answered is by accessing our Q&A section. You can do this within your OnlyFans account. Simply click ‘More’ on the left-hand menu. This will open up your full list of options on the further left-hand side. Next, click on ‘Help and Support.’ This will bring you to a page where we cover a huge range of topics that you may need answering.

These areas are within three categories on the left-hand side: ‘General,’ ‘Fan’ and ‘Creator’ Questions. You can click on each topic manually within the three sections, but you can also use the search bar at the top to bring up keywords. For example, you could type the word ‘payouts’ into the search bar, and this will bring up every mention of this keyword. There is a host of answers within this section, it’s instantaneous and it’s right at your fingertips!

Help and Support: Tickets

If you find your query isn’t answered within our Q&As, you also have the option to create a support ticket. You can do this on the same page as the Q&As. Under the ‘General,’ ‘Fan’ and ‘Creator’ topics on the left-hand side, you will find ‘Take me to support.’ When you click on this, you’ll see a list on the left of all your previous support tickets under the headings ‘All,’ ‘Open,’ ‘Solved’ and ‘Closed.’ In the middle of the screen, click the blue icon to create a new ticket. Then, you’ll be able to select a question that most accurately matches your query. You can also type any additional information in the section below. This will be useful for us to fully understand further details, and save us time so that we can best address the situation.

Underneath this section you also have the option to attach files. For example, if you’re having issues with your ID or need to explain your query with a screenshot, this is the ideal way. The more information you can provide us in a singular ticket, whether it’s the detail description or clear images, the quicker this can be resolved for you. The ‘Create Ticket’ button will be greyed out until you select a question and type information in the description box. Once this is done, the grey will turn blue, and then once this is clicked your ticket will be created and sent to our support team. You can go back to this page at any time and your tickets will be saved, so you can check for any updates. You should also receive updates on your support tickets via email, so you won’t need to manually check.

Social Media 

We have pages on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to answer any questions you may have. We also have a separate Support page on Twitter to assist with more technical queries. On top of this, we have two accounts on our platform: OnlyFans and OnlyFans Creators. All of our inboxes are checked regularly, so if you have sent us a Direct Message on one of our social media accounts, there is no need to message another.

Common support queries on social media include assisting with two-factor authentication, changing email address, resetting your password, clarifying our terms and conditions, and many more. Our support teams are trained to deal with a wide variety of issues, and social media is the quickest way to speak to us directly. Some queries may require a specialised department to investigate further for you, but we make every effort to communicate as clearly as possible with you, so you know your case is being addressed. 

Email 

The simplest way to contact us is to email support@onlyfans.com. This will also create a support ticket automatically for our team to reply to you. Similar to creating a support ticket on our Help and Support section, you should receive an email with any updates to your query. Make sure to check all email folders including junk, incase they may be marked as spam.
