Warning: spoilers ahead.
S6E1: Salah Brooks / Dallas Wade
Miss/Match Season 6 starts with globetrotting free spirit Salah Brooks and cuddly homebody Dallas Wade.
From the beginning, they click, drawn to each other’s energy and looks. A shared love of travel and an obsession with Japanese cuisine seals the connection.
Thrown into a game of True or False, they don’t nail every answer, but they’re clearly intrigued by what they learn about each other.
The second challenge, Body Ball, has Salah and Dallas pressing a ball between their foreheads as they race to the finish line, answering personal questions along the way. The game brings them closer, both physically and emotionally.
They head to the hot tub for the Deep Dive, where Salah cuts through the noise and gets real, questioning Dallas about his dating history and possible red flags.
Lining up with their Miss/Match paddles, the outcome feels uncertain. But with love on their side, both choose Match, ready to see where it goes.
S6E2: Anna Louise / Jack Gentry
Will Malibu moonchild Anna Louise and Bayou-born home builder Jack Gentry be the next to find love? When Anna and Jack first meet, both are taken aback by each other’s good looks. Anna is even put at ease when she notices Jack shaking from nerves.
The two work through their jitters and bond over their shared values of family and country life before Antje interrupts with their first game.
During a round of True or False, both are delighted with each other’s answers. Anna likes Jack’s versatility and Jack appreciates Anna’s baking skills.
Antje escorts Jack and Anna outside for Boss Builder, where one is blindfolded and guided by the other to assemble a tent. Though they stay calm and work well together, the challenge ends in a near-total tent fail. When Jack makes what Anna considers an “immature joke,” she gets the ick.
In the hot tub for the Deep Dive, Jack has his work cut out for him, trying to show Anna he’s not just three years younger, but mature enough to go toe-to-toe with her.
At decision time, Antje predicts a double Match, but Anna surprises Jack with a Miss. Tough break for Jack, but Anna says the spark just isn’t there.
S6E3: Zayn Dom / Drea Bergeron
Drea Bergeron is an optimistic, jet-setting adventurer in search of an intellectual. Zayn Dom is an extroverted gym enthusiast looking for a hottie who’s also down-to-earth.
When Drea and Zayn meet, they instantly like what they see, both admitting in their confessionals that they’re each other’s type. Drea is briefly taken aback to learn Zayn is seven years her junior and put off when he leads with owning a Lamborghini.
Antje introduces Blind Recall, a game where they must remember details about each other. They nearly ace it, recalling almost everything, and Drea is impressed by Zayn’s observations.
Moving on to the next game, Antje explains the rules of Mimosa-thon, where both contestants must work together to build the perfect mimosa. Drea and Zayn prove to be quite the team, and Drea is impressed when Zayn lifts her up so she can pour her pitcher of orange juice into the champagne flute.
The two then head to the jacuzzi for the Deep Dive, where they move easily past their early speed bumps and find a natural flow.
Even though Antje initially predicts a Miss, it’s a Match for both. They’re excited to have their next date in Zayn’s hometown of Miami.
S6E4: Mo Saffari / Corrie Yee
Mo Saffari is looking for someone special that can seamlessly fit into his lifestyle. Corrie Yee is a self-described “huge nerd” and model who wants a confident and intelligent man.
When Corrie and Mo meet, the flirting starts immediately when the two realize they both might be trouble for one another, Corrie even labels Mo as a possible overall “red flag” as he gives off a bad boy vibe.
Antje soon enters and runs Mo and Corrie through a game of Total Recall, which Mo and Corrie are able to pass with flying colors. Mo is able to recall Corrie’s dress and Corrie reveals she sized him up the moment they met.
After wrapping up their first activity, Antje leads Corrie and Mo to the next challenge: planning their wedding. In Speed Wedding, they pick a disastrous wedding location, slice an unusual and unappetizing cake, write vows Mad Libs-style, and choose outfits from a preselected rack.
Next, they head to the hot tub for their Deep Dive. They explore each other’s backgrounds, and Mo admits he’s looking for a special woman but needs someone who can fit into his schedule. Corrie sees this as selfish, with Mo focused mostly on himself.
After changing out of their swimsuits, it’s no surprise when they both reveal a Miss. They credit it to a lack of spark and agree they’d make better friends than partners.
S6E5: Kash / Mia Huffman
Mia Huffman, a trilingual introverted-extrovert, wants an emotionally intelligent guy with charm, while Kash, a Marvel-loving adventurer, hopes for a classy woman who’s still goofy.
Their initial vibes feel lukewarm and they don’t seem to have much in common. For example, Kash only eats meat, but Mia’s a vegetarian.
Antje busts up their initial conversation to introduce them to a game of Total Recall, and Mia dominates, remembering nearly every detail about Kash. Meanwhile, Kash forgets most of Mia’s look, a shaky start that doesn’t exactly spark chemistry.
Antje moves them into Obsta-couple, where Kash and Mia navigate a two-minute obstacle course while tied together. Surprisingly, they glide through it, and Mia thinks their teamwork could be a good sign.
But once they finish, the silence between them is painfully awkward. In the hot tub Deep Dive, they connect over content creation, family responsibilities, and shared love languages, finding a gentler rhythm.
Still, Antje predicts a double Miss. And it turns out, she was 100% correct.
S6E6: Troy Tempts / Lucé Lu
Lucé Lu, a multilingual southern belle who lives full-time in her van, meets Troy Tempts, an introvert who is searching for the woman of his dreams.
Their connection lands instantly. Both from Georgia, they bond over hunting, fishing, and even Lucé’s Call of Duty skills.
Antje steps in with a game of True or False, and the good vibes keep rolling. They giggle through the questions, match on nearly everything, and discover plenty of shared interests right out of the gate.
Antje sends them into Mimosa-thon, where they struggle to squeeze OJ cleanly but never lose their charm or camaraderie.
In the hot tub Deep Dive, they dig into past relationships and realize they want the same things in a partner.
Antje predicts Troy will say Match and Lucé will say Miss, but the paddles tell a different story.
S6E7: Arie Leela / Wyatt Cushman
Arie Leela is an astrology-loving open book. Wyatt Cushman is a family-oriented extroverted jock who avoids smokers and big egos.
The attraction between them is immediate, and their small talk clicks around warm-weather living. Antje senses the awkward-but-promising tension and drops them into Blind Recall.
Arie proves hyper-observant, nailing Wyatt’s features, while Wyatt matches her energy by remembering key details about her outfit. Their strong performance leaves Arie genuinely impressed with Wyatt’s attentiveness.
Next, Antje leads them into Body Ball, forcing them to keep a ball between their bodies while answering rapid-fire personal questions about turn-ons, turn-offs, and kinks.
The challenge breaks the ice fast and helps them open up. In the hot tub Deep Dive, Wyatt shares more vulnerability, though he starts feeling like he’s carrying the conversation. Arie still feels aligned.
The paddles shock Antje when Wyatt reveals a Miss (he’s not up for long distance), while Arie was hopeful for a Match.
S6E8: Alex Kay / Steve
Steve is a fitness-loving painter/musician/hiker looking for someone with a curiosity for life. Alex Kay is a fitness enthusiast and festival fan who wants someone with personality and good looks.
They start out nervous, prompting Steve to boldly lead a breathwork exercise. Surprisingly, it works, and they bond over yoga and mindfulness.
Antje steps in with True or False, revealing shared interests and fun surprises: Steve loves Alex’s rugby past, and Alex is thrilled he’s not on Instagram. Early jitters fade into a promising flow.
Their next challenge, Boss Build, has Steve blindfolded while Alex guides him through pitching a tent. With calm communication and steady teamwork, they nail it. It’s another sign their rapport is strong.
In the hot tub Deep Dive, they connect over growth mindsets, kindness, and long-term goals, though Steve worries about distance and Alex’s past hesitations around settling down.
Antje predicts a mutual Match, but she’s only half right. It’s a Match for Steve and a Miss for Alex. Although Miss/Match Season 6 may not end on a romantic connection, these two plan to stay friends.
