The Road to the UFC

Dana White's Contender Series

Polastri first appeared on Dana White’s Contender Series in 2021, losing a unanimous decision to Jasmine Jasudavicius. She then returned to the regional MMA circuit, won three straight fights, and captured the LFA strawweight title to earn another shot at a UFC contract.

That second chance came in September 2023 against Patricia Alujas, whom Polastri finished with a rear-naked choke to secure her UFC contract.

Polastri's UFC Career

Polastri made her UFC debut in June 2024 against Josefine Knutsson, dropping a unanimous decision before rebounding later that year with a split-decision win over Cory McKenna. She later added a victory over Karolina Kowalkiewicz

Following a decision loss to Talita Alencar in April 2026, Polastri returned to the Octagon at UFC Shanghai with the biggest win of her UFC career, knocking out Xiong Jing Nan in the first round.
