At OnlyFans, we’re always updating our platform with fabulous features to enhance the user experience and make creating, sharing, and viewing content as streamlined as possible for creators and fans alike. One of the many features in the creator toolkit is the Vault feature, which is a brilliant way to not only privately store all your content, but allow you to repurpose and share content to fans who may not have seen it before. Here’s how to use the Vault feature on OnlyFans.

Where to find the Vault feature on OnlyFans
To access your Vault, simply navigate to the menu bar, click ‘More’, then select ‘Vault’, the fifth option down on the menu. Also, you can directly access the Vault by following this link if you are logged in.
What is stored in my Vault?
Any media you post or send on OnlyFans will automatically be saved into your Vault. Not only does the Vault save all your content, but it also stores all your past live streams. This is especially handy in case you forget to (or choose not to) post them on your feed.

When navigating to your Vault, you will see the stored content displayed in a grid with the most recent content appearing at the top. At the top of the page, there are labeled buttons, allowing you to switch between your stored content from stories, posts, messages and streams.
You can also create custom categories to help you organize your content by using the folder icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen once content is selected.

Using the filter icon located in the top right of the screen, you can select filters to sort your Vault by your most recent, most liked, and highest tipped content. You may then select to apply these filters in ascending or descending order.
What happens to content I delete from my feed?
Even if you choose to delete content from your feed or clear your message data to an individual or list, you will still be able to access and use the media content from your Vault.
In addition to this, content that you set an expiration period on will also stay accessible in your Vault, even after the expiration period has elapsed.

Posting content from your Vault
Once you’ve got to grips with where to find and how to navigate the Vault feature on OnlyFans, you can then start thinking about how to make use of this content.
Within your Vault, you can select several items at a time by ticking the circle in the top right corner of each tile. Once you have selected the content you wish to post, press the blue ‘add to’ button to bring up a menu with several options. From the menu, you can then select to add the content to a post, a post in a new tab, a direct message or even add it to your story.
You can also access your Vault content directly from within the posting or messaging composers. Next time you’re making a post or writing a message, all you need to do is look out for the ‘Add media from Vault’ icon. This button will bring up a Vault window, where you can navigate the categories and add media to your post, just as if you were inside the Vault itself.
How to use the Vault to your advantage
A great use for the Vault is that it allows you to easily find any of the content you have posted, sent, or streamed on OnlyFans, and then quickly repurpose and redistribute this content – whether it is a video, image, or past stream that fans may have missed!
This can prove extremely effective, especially when using the filters described earlier in conjunction with the lists feature for direct messaging. For example, you could repurpose your best or worst performing content with a new caption, a new message, or target it specifically to a list of fans. This way you are able to take old content and maximize its potential.
The Vault also comes in handy when deleting posts from your feed. You can keep your feed fresh and remove older content, or simply take out content that didn’t perform as well as you had hoped. The Vault allows you to access and reuse content, even though it was ‘deleted’ from your feed. You can then try posting it again at a better time, with a different caption, or even decide to send it as a direct message.
Using the Vault for live streams
When going live on OnlyFans, it’s easy to forget to save your stream or post it to your feed when you finish, and that’s where the Vault comes in handy! All your streams are saved within the Vault for you to then repost for fans who may have missed the stream, but still want to watch it. The great thing about OnlyFans is the ability to post live streams with comments visible, meaning users watching after the fact can still see the comments you’re responding to and interacting with.
So next time you’re using your account, why not stop in and check out your Vault? Let us know how you make use of yours in the comments below!
