Tessa Thyssen is a French professional surfer who grew up between Guadeloupe and Saint Barthélemy, representing the French Caribbean on the international stage. She became the ISA World Junior Champion in 2015 and has since competed on the WSL Qualifying Series and Challenger Series, reaching a career-best No. 13 in the 2024 Challenger Series rankings. Thyssen has also helped France win world-level team medals, including gold in the relay at the 2022 ISA World Surfing Games and silver in the 2024 team competition.
