Mike “The Savage” Kimbel is an American mixed martial artist and professional boxer from Waterbury, Connecticut. He first broke through in MMA with a six-second knockout of Alex Potts at Bellator 207 in 2018, tying Bellator’s record for fastest KO. He also made his promotional debut at Bellator 194 earlier that year, stopping Geoffrey Then in just over a minute. After competing mostly in regional MMA, Kimbel shifted to boxing in 2023 under former light heavyweight champion Chad Dawson and earned a first-round knockout in his debut.
