Billy Kemper is a Hawaiian big-wave surfer renowned for his fearless rides at Jaws (Peʻahi) on Maui’s north shore. He has won multiple prestigious titles, including four Peʻahi Challenge victories and the WSL Big Wave World Tour Championship in 2017–2018. In 2020, Kemper survived a life-threatening surfing accident in Morocco, breaking his pelvis and collapsing a lung, but made a remarkable recovery.
